Kudilog is an agentic finance platform that connects to your banking and accounting data to help with bookkeeping, reconciliation, close, invoicing, and reporting.

AI agents operating in the service propose or perform actions according to the permissions and approval settings your organization configures. Actions that exceed your configured auto-post thresholds require approval by an authorized member of your organization before they take effect.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You are responsible for the authorizations you grant to connect third-party financial accounts and integrations, and for the approval settings your organization configures for agent actions.

Do not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

Do not misuse the public API, keys, or the skill marketplace, including by exceeding reasonable usage or attempting to circumvent security controls.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for taxes applicable to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. Output produced by AI agents should be reviewed by your team before relying on it, which is why the service is built around human-in-the-loop approvals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kudilog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the current version on this page with a revised date, and significant changes will be communicated in the product.
