Kudilog Inc. (“Kudilog”, “we”, “us”) provides an agentic finance platform that connects to your bank, card, and accounting data and helps your team run bookkeeping, close, and reporting. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, password (or Google sign-in identifier), and the organization profile you create.

Financial data you connect or import: account and transaction data from banking providers you link (such as Plaid or Mono), accounting data from systems you integrate (such as QuickBooks or Xero), invoices, bills, journal entries, and the categorizations and reconciliations performed in the product.

Documents you upload: files such as bank statements, receipts, and other records stored in your organization's document vault.

Agent activity: proposals, approvals, and other actions performed by the AI agents operating on your organization's behalf, which are recorded in an audit trail.

Usage data: technical logs and product analytics about how the service is accessed and used.

How we use information

To provide the service: syncing connected accounts, categorizing transactions, generating reports and documents, and running the automations you configure.

To operate AI agents on your behalf, under the human-in-the-loop controls and approval settings your organization configures.

To communicate with you about the service, including transactional email such as invoice delivery and reminders.

To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Sharing

We share data with the service providers required to run the product — for example banking data providers, accounting integrations, email delivery, and payment processors — under contracts that restrict how they may use it.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kudilog, our users, or the public.

We do not sell personal data.

Storage and security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Documents stored in your vault are protected with encryption and access controls scoped to your organization.

Access to your organization's data by our personnel is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service, and actions taken by agents or people are recorded in audit logs.

Your choices and rights

You can access, export (built-in CSV and document exports), and correct your organization's data through the product.

You can delete your account through account settings, which initiates deletion of your organization's data. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.

Organization administrators control member access and connected integrations for your organization.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the current version on this page with a revised date.
